Clare McEvoy – Acupuncturist (BSc MBAcC)
About my training
I graduated from with the University of Westminster in Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture, BSc (Honours) which involved studying Chinese Medicine theory and practical applications of acupuncture, Tuina, cupping, electro-acupuncture and moxibustion. The degree is underpinned by a solid foundation in western medical science; anatomy, physiology and pathology.
I am a full member of British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
About my practical experience
With more than 10 years experience including working at a number of multi-bed clinics – including HNCC (Highgate), Stepping Stones (Islington) and at the Fertility Acupuncture Support Unit at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage. I have also volunteered with Age UK in Islington and the outpatient unit at the North London Hospice in Winchmore Hill.
